To report a case with relapsing superficial thrombophlebitis attacks following two doses of inactive coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccination (Sinovac/CoronaVac) in previously young patient Behçet disease. A 26-year-old recurrent oral aphthae, erythema nodosum, and positive pathergy test was diagnosed The had 2 SARS-Cov-2 vaccine (Sinovac/CoronaVac-China) for COVID-19 repeated each 4-week interval he developed an attack the vena saphena magna, proved by venous doppler ultrasound. He treated course methylprednisolone (0.5 mg/kg/day) plus acetylsalicylic acid (100 mg/day) addition to current immunosuppressive management. prompt sustained response obtained Remicade® (infliximab) infusions (5-mg/kg; weeks 0, 2, 6 10).
